KHULARVILLE — LIN Body & Bath, #LocNation, and ON! have all inked new lease agreements with the world's biggest mall, Themall in Khularville.
"LIN Body and Bath is known for manufacturing and distributing self care and meditation products with the finest ingredients sourced from all over the world," explained CEO and Founder, Lihle Ngcobo. "LIN makes the most beautiful fresh scented candles and premium accessories to create a wonderful living space. Our product range will definitely fit in the new mall."
The other brands, Lihle Ngcobo continued, are "probably as excited as I am about this new development of Themall in Khularville."
As part of this deal, Themall Management will give the brands free rent for the next 12 months, store design, business development services and additional revenue opportunities.
"When we realized how well these companies are growing with small daily efforts and how they were already increasing their brand reputation across the world, we had to move to sign new lease agreements with them," Nicole Wilson said. "We aren't looking back, and even my boss is super amped up."
Themall in Khularville Acting Corporate Manager and Founder Halandi Madalane described these brands as "some of the most-promising brands from South Africa. We've enjoyed working with them prior the development and launch of Themall and now the sky's the limit on what we can do with them from hereon. With our expanded relationship, they will reach a much larger worldwide audience and also bring in new revenue streams."
Themall plans to make the stores part of the first 100 tenants to be given free store rental for life and provide them with new opportunities on their already established success.
