Here's another thing that you might relate to:
I match people with their words, hence I'm so terrible when it comes to recognizing and differentiating faces and other physical features.
But I can never forget a person's story, word choice, or sentence structure, catch phrases and unique expressions.
I remember who it was exactly that found herself in between her ex boyfriend from a year ago and new boyfriend from a month ago. The ex used to be broke and the new boyfriend had always been rich, according to her. It's until the ex boyfriend leaves in shame driving his super cool BMW and making space for the new boyfriends Red Ferrari.
A few moments later:
Henry, the ex boyfriend, drives back in a midnight black Ferrari; and it's a much better and recent and more expensive model than Thabang's Rarri.
Thabang is the new boyfriend.
And only now Thabang wants to speak to Henry, despite off all that he has heard about him.
And it goes on and on...... But I can't remember the girl with a fat add with probably the world's most flat stomach and of cause - the boobs of a 23 Year old.
I seriously can't.
You know why? Because she didn't say anything of substance or share a story worth remembering or an idea worth pursuing or getting oneself invested in - through time or money. Here's what she said instead:
"I don't like to be friends with ugly girls; especially dark-skinned girls with no ass," and then she laughed. I couldn't help but say:
Shut up!
And I took her home in silence - the whole 19KM drive.
