The Nuu Bookstor Monthly Awards are now in their 10th month.

The Nuu Bookstor has officially opened voting for its tenth award ceremony, and nominations for all categories are now open.


Anyone can vote on the official website, or submit their own manuscript or book idea.


The awards are open to not just authors from Khularville, but worldwide.


Voting closes on 30 April 2022, and the virtual ceremony will be live-streamed on 7 May 2022 across Facebook, Instagram, and Nuu Bookstor's own website.


Winners are chosen by popular vote and receive a Nuu Gold Certificate as well as a stamp for the front cover of their book.


Interim manager Tiny Shongwe says that "our goal is to award and recognize the efforts, achievements, and commercial success of published authors."


Nuu Bookstor's first monthly awards were held in June 2021. Where the first winner was Halandi Madalane, while Lihle Natjma Ngcobo was the youngest person chosen to receive an award.
