Khular Brand Management will no longer offer free consultations, CEO and senior consultant, Halandi Madalane announced last night on his official twitter.
The announcement was backed by a lengthy and personal caption on Halandi’s personal Facebook account attached with a picture of a book-styled clock.
“We have learned that time is more valuable than money,” Halandi said.
Khular is a business and brand consulting and service provider and management firm and helps people start and grow their businesses using the internet, their available resources and skills.
“I will spend the free consultation time actually building and growing the business, creating content and documenting the entrepreneurial journey on the internet and on Social Media,” Halandi wrote on his signature lengthy caption.
“And 2018 taught me that when you don’t work for something or don’t sacrifice for it - you won’t value it,” he added.
There were concerns raised by some team members that if the consultations are no longer free, Khular won’t do what it aims to do which is helping people grow.
“But we’ve created vouchers that people can earn by liking and sharing our posts consistently across Social Media and completing Khular Challenges on The Khular App,” Halandi said during our telephonic interview.
Halandi promises that the company will produce more efficient and satisfactory result based on the operational and scheduling systems the company has been testing out in preparation for 2021.
And more value will be added to both new and old clients.
The consultations are said to provide ‘real value’ to anyone who doesn’t know what to do with his or her life, confused or simply seeking growth with whatever it is that they’re doing.
Halandi didn’t reveal anything about the company working with any new industry types which means that agricultural and events management industries are still not on Khular’s plans.
On their official Facebook account, Khular did reveal that they will be launching three new podcasts in January including season 2 of #KhularPod
“The second season of Khular Pod will aim to encourage and inspire people with little resources and funds to get started in business and make the most out of free resources and platforms,” Henry said.
KhularPod - a division of Khular - is also seeking for growth in 2021 and there are 7 available show slots available for any aspiring radio presenter in and around Springs, Brakpan, Benoni or anywhere else and can travel to Tsakane.
“We want to grow across all online media channels available and provide entertaining and valuable content for entrepreneurs, dreamers and the curious,” Henry said.
Plus, “for Khular to really grow we need to explore and infiltrate all industries and fields so that we can encourage and inspire constant-growth across the world in every industry.”
Although this has not been announced on the official Khular Facebook account.
