The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is experiencing technical difficulties delaying new applicants from receiving their citizenship certificates.
This has stirred a lot of frustration in new applicants who are looking to take advantage of the benefits and services provided by The Government of Khularville, especially The Ministry of Social Development.
“We’re looking into citizenship certificates not being delivered to new citizenship applicants,” The MFA said on its official twitter account yesterday.
“Sorry for the inconvenience, and we’ll keep the applicants’ updates as we continue our work to fix this.”
While active citizens and other home and foreign affairs related queries and services are running smoothly, new applicants are unhappy with Khularville and its Government.
New Certificates are automatically generated for eligible and approved applicants and sent to the applicant within 3 days through email.
The Ministry can also provide temporary certificates however certificate holders are not able to apply or use any of the services by the government and its agencies and bodies, as the temporary certificate only includes a temporary KVID, which is not recognized by the platforms.
While the new applicants can roam free in Khularville without being limited access to certain places in Khularville, such as viewing the art at the Antiquity, and make a booking at any store, office and platform, however the appointment is not fulfilled.
For new applicants encountering this issues, The Ministry will show “Sorry, the request failed. Please try again later or check if your KVID is entered correctly as it shows on your Khularville Citizenship Certificate.” errors.
