President Halandi Madalane has described the passing of his Father and his Senior Advisor in Presidency Kenny Henry Madalane as a loss beyond himself and his family, but also to Khularville, Khular Brand Management and the Community of Kwa-Thema at large.
The President extends his sincere apologies to the citizens of #Khularville, and the Clients of #Khular for his untimely absence in The Office.
#KennyMadalane died in his home in Johannesburg East on Wednesday, 7 July 2021, after a short illness.
“The passing of my dad is a harsh reminder that life is too short and that death is for anyone, including the strongest of Superheroes,” #PresidentHalandiMadalane said.
The President lauded his father for his contribution to the community of #KwaThema Township, the development and restitution of Payneville Township in Springs - amongst many other political and housing-related contributions across South Africa - and also the development and support of Khularville.
“Since my first day on planet Earth in 93, my dad has been a great father and over the years a reliable hero, a great source of inspiration and a pillar of strength - not only for me but to many other people,” President Halandi Madalane said.
President Halandi Madalane also asked for the citizens of Khularville, together with the clients of Khular to allow him, the Government of Khularville and Khular (all divisions) some time off with an unfortunate delay in the delivery of their individual orders and projects.
Further, President Halandi Madalane also paid tribute to his father as an award-worthy public servant in the township of Kwa-Thema, including his time as Ward Councilor under the ANC, later as a property consultant and developer, and of cause as a present Father to all of his children.
“Losing my dad during my recovery and finding my feet again; is a major blow and setback.”
